Video Recipe Tomato Sauce


  

 

Tomato ketchup/salsa

Ingredients:

  1. ½ kg tomatoes
  2. 1 medium onion
  3. 1 red bell pepper
  4. 7-8 garlic cloves
  5. A small piece of cinnamon, about 1/2 inch – roasted and powdered
  6. Roasted clove powder – 1 tsp
  7. 2 dried red chilli (optional)
  8. apple cider vinegar 1 .5 tbsp
  9. salt
  10. soaked raisins 2 tbsp

 

Method:
1. Roast cut tomatoes, onions, bell pepper, garlic in OTG till they turn brown @180 degrees for 15-20mins
2. Blend with all the other ingredients. No need to add water
3. Ketchup is ready

 

Variation:
lemon juice can be used in place of vinegar
