Video Recipe: Cashew Cheese
This is a delicious alternative to the fat and cholesterol heavy dairy cheese.
- 100 gm raw cashews
- Any seasoning of your choice -salt/pepper/chilli/garlic
- Soak the raw cashews in water for 6 hours or overnight. Throw out the water and blend roughly.
- Leave this mixture overnight in a loosely covered glass bowl until it starts to ferment
- It will have a sour smell.
- Then add any seasoning of your choice
