Video Recipes:Walnut Banana Loaf

 
 

Ingredients:


  • Chopped Walnuts – 4 tbsp 

Dry 

  • 1 ¾ cup whole wheat flour or any millet flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Wet

  • Nut milk – 1 cup
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tsp - Vanilla extract 
  • 1 cup jaggery powder

 

Method

    1. Sieve all the dry ingredients and mix them together
    2. Blend all the ingredients under the wet section together in a mixer
    3. Mix the dry ingredients with wet and add the chopped walnuts to the batter
    4. Pour in the cake mold lined with parchment paper
    5. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for 30-35 mins, checking intermittently if it is baked with the help of a toothpick
